@Number Six Today’s strip IS funny again , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp and his drinking buddies running away from the double jeopardy of Guitar Bob + Angus playing the bagpipes is priceless :o) , my avatar is a box of bubble wrap to be used as a tension reliever , reminds me that when my better half gets her hands on some of bubble wrap she just has to pop them and it gets my goat :o{ hope you and our other Capper friends have a nice day , ours should be busy but not hectic , oh no it’s Saturday the 13th , B.C.N.U pal
They are all a bunch of Sasannachs. I like the pipes. Although I’m not so sure about doing it with a guitar. And there are different types of bagpipes around. Including smaller ones. So you don’t have to use the LARGE ones that you would have out on the battle-field inside of a pub.
Only Scots would love the bagpipe but not the English, lol!
Anyway Our Queen Elizabeth II love bagpipes despite living at Windsor Castle for most of the year cos her blood is Scottish both from her mother and from Robert the Bruce King of Scotland!

Methinks Angus’ pipes’ll drown out Bob’s guitar. (Wouldn’t it be nice if the barkeeper left his own pub as well?)

The only place bagpipes should be played is in a ceremony.

If it’s a choice between the pipes and the accordion, I’ll take the pipes, thank you.

I wonder if Andy finished his ale before departing. Maybe that is why he is last one out but was closest to the door!

Sadly, There is no way they can run far enough away. Bagpipe music carries for quite a distance. That’s why the Brits used them in their armies.

I have Scottish heritage myself because my surname is Scottish and my grandfather was a Scot too.
But I’m not from Scotland. I come from “Geordieland” (North East of England) and I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

At least Jack stayed. I guess he’s a captive audience.
