I hate to insult respectable clowns. I keep trying to think of something low enough for comparison but most beings are not that low.

So he’s a clown because he’s trying to protect America from your beloved traitor?

You know Lisa, you can still choose to be an actual non-cult-type conservative if you want. I’d recommend making that change BEFORE it becomes impossible to deny the ugly truth about Individual 1 anymore.

And now the Rump will say he’s the most tremendous clown in the history of the world.

Like all Trump Disciples, Lisa believes that insulting someone you disagree with invalidates all their points.

Thus, for Lisa, calling Elizabeth Warren ‘Pocahontas’ proves that banks do not need regulation of any kind.

And drawing Adam Schiff as a clown proves that Trump is not a Traitor, is not massively corrupt, does not abuse power, has not laundered money for Russian oligarchs, and never committed adultery during all of his marriages — and of course never committed sexual assault two dozen times.

HAHAHAHA! The GOP attacks the process, thinking they had a leg to stand on. The house does as requested and the GOP STILL won’t shut up. Now what? They are despicable. AGAIN, they impeached Clinton, but somehow what ol’ cheeto is doing is ok. They are an embarrassment to this country.

I’m just struck by the fact that all the Trump defenders are attacking the process rather than the substance. (Ms. Benson’s cartoon is merely reinforcing that notion.) So I’m forced to conclude that even though the president may be guilty, it’s an “unfair process” that might reveal this to the world.

Defense tactic 1 – deny it happened (damn they have proof)

Defense tactic 2 – say that its nothing wrong with what he did (oh there are clear laws stating otherwise)

Defense tactic 3 – attack the process (oh we created the process)

Defense tactic 4 – act appalled and enraged at all of the above (since all of the above failed it looks more like a circus than a protest)

Defense tactic 5 – start calling them names (… sigh)

Let’s go after the messenger, since we can’t refute the message.

This one has been stuck in my craw all day. For some sad reason it really bothers me. Just the utter childishness of it. The ridiculous name calling, nanny, nanny boo-boo childishness.

I hate to admit it, because somewhere some simpleton is going to feel pleasure that it bothers me. Nevertheless, I need to say it, just to get it out of my head. This op-ed is nothing more than a cheap shot at the expense of a man simply doing his job.

Lisa, excuse me, Ms. Benson. All Donald Trump has to do, all he EVER had to do is be honest, forthright and cooperative. This would have been over months ago.

From the beginning all Bill Clinton had to do was admit that he’d done what he’d done and that would have been the end of it. Because THEY ALL DO IT.

The same goes for Trump. If he had just showed his cards. Not all of them, no. But just enough to SHUT PEOPLE UP this would have been done and over.

But the guy is a complete moron. An idiot. An inept fool.

And you call Shiff the clown? Ridiculous.
