Guess he’ll be sleeping on the couch tonight.

She was his one true love, but he may be rethinking that.

I both agree and don’t agree with Andy. Yes, Roger should spend time with his wife and make her feel important. But he can’t be expected to spend every waking moment that he’s not at work with her. Nor should he be expected to not have any hobbies or other things he like to do that don’t involve her.

That’s it, all three of you are grounded.

Since this is an old storyline the fact that this Super Bowl week has been very different, because of other events. Thoughts and prayers to those who lost loved ones in that helicopter crash last Sunday.

I have been blessed with a husband who watches less and less sports on TV each year. He jumps at a chance to go to MSU hockey or basketball games in person and sometimes football or a Red Wings game but sports aren’t blaring all weekend.

So it’s become apparent that Roger is powerless against his wife AND kids. Maybe when Peter gets home he’ll get Jason off the TV.

Don’t they have TV at the local bar?

He is home. People go to bars when they don’t want to go home.

Wow. It is your home, your tv, use it. And no you don’t sleep on the couch.

Gee, just let the guy watch the super bowl. I don’ t personally care, but why is Andy such a control freak?

I only remember one superbowl game worth watching and I had to work that day, only remember the Steelers and Bradshaw were in it… and the cowboys, 35-31 in 1979

Andy has known for 20 years Roger is into sports, she needs to let him as husband will not change. Stop making him suffer. So grateful to my husband not into sports. Never watched in 38 years.

Actually, I would like to know the answer to that question. Reworded, of course.

My wife was the one you couldn’t tear away from a football game.

So tell me what my other hobbies are master ANDY?

If this is Roger’s only vice. Kiss your lucky stars and let him have it.

I miss the days when Andy was simply the only sane person in the family. Sure, it was hard to make her the butt of a joke, but better boring than unlikable.

That’s nothing, Roger. Wait until it’s 4th and goal on the 3 yard line with 2 seconds left in the game and she comes in, turns off the TV, and says “We need to talk.”

If you don’t want your partner to have a passion or hobby that could be sign of a toxic relationship.

Well, hey, Andy, at least you get to be the mistress!

Well, call me old fashioned but Roger is turning out to be quite a wimpy dad! It’s his home, his TV set and for once, his rules should apply.

After that, Andy wants to be his One True Love? She is lucky she isn’t his One True Hate.

FUN FACT. Being in love and making love aren’t the same thing.

Why shouldn’t football be his #1 love? Hers is Titanic….
