    Good morning™, mail recipients!

If I’m not mistaken, Vue is the Tracy world equivalent of Look magazine, which was published biweekly in the United States until it folded around 1971.

    Good morning™, traps with a Vue !

I see the bait being taken with gusto. One thing though, wouldn’t a letter from them be on company stationery ?  Somehow, magically and to be left unexplained is how Robowash got a hold of some magazine official paper.

Is Mysta so unaware that magazines like Vue (presumably a Life, and/or, Look analogy) have gone out of business. And, even if the analogy is Time, People, or, even Entertainment Weekly, they wouldn’t be interested in a local theatre production.

She should have her people contact Vue’s people—they can do lunch.

1-MALEMAN: Mail for you Miss Han…CRAP. Bad timing…(Note to self: Come in 10 minutes earlier tomorrow).

2-HANDLES: WHAT? Who do you think you are coming into my dressing room unannounced? The President?!?!?

3-HANDLES: What’s this now? I’ve won $10,000 a week for life!?!!? OMERGERD! That’s $10,133.48 when added to my salary here!!!! Hold on…-must enter to win. Sigh. No horn removal surgery this year…

She has no idea its a trap. The enemy you don’t know is the most dangerous to you. Only this guy is enamored of you too.

Call me naive if you will, but I am not joining the rush to see this interview letter as a ruse from Mr. Roboto. For one thing, I don’t think he could have put a credible-looking fake letter through the postal service so fast (unless we are to see this scene as being many days after his experiencing Metropolis at the Patterson).

But what I do suspect is that, even if genuine, the Vue interview will bring Mysta out into the open, giving Mr. Roboto an opportunity (assuming he is faithfully stalking her) to attempt a kidnapping….

How did the Futura helmet get from the floor in panel 1 to the tabletop in panel 3?
