What is the significance of the hats ?

I read this morning that the Iowa caucus was a total screw-up. Apparently, they were using it app from a company called Shadow. The app had not been properly vetted so the precinct managers had problems downloading the votes on to this app. They started using phone lines to call in their precinct results…the phone lines became jammed. 1 Precinct manager collected all the votes from her district and headed to the main headquarters. She got there at 2 a.m. and was promptly turned away without any explanation. The four main candidates Buttigieg, Warren, Sanders, and Klobuchar all gave Victory speeches and then headed to New Hampshire. Let’s all hope that New Hampshire does a better job of it!

The GOP once touted itself as the “Law and Order” party. Well, we now see how true that is; they say what the Law is or is not, and order us to get over it.
