Yeah, there are people that say, “That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.” But those people always forget about the possibility of being maimed for life.
That which does not kill us? Then why are they called kilbots?

Runners are aware of the dangers of too rapidly increasing our workouts. I sometimes see this in running forums: Overtraining will not kill you. Overtraining will make you weaker.
