    That which does not kill us? Then why are they called kilbots?

    But the problem with that adage is that humans easily forget what they got from learning situations and become soft again. The brain is just like muscles. If you don’t repeat it, you go right back to where you were.

    Runners are aware of the dangers of too rapidly increasing our workouts. I sometimes see this in running forums: Overtraining will not kill you. Overtraining will make you weaker.
