I’ve got a high pressure washer to rent. It’s the 3,600 PSI election year model.

If you only have shoe tops you are probably in a mess no matter what. It seems like some type of hightop boots are needed to keep the feet and ankles somewhat clean.

“Only” requiring shoes you can hose off would be an improvement. Most years you need hip waders. This year you need a full body hazmat suit.

For the coming rally the city has called out its emergency squads and issue bullet proof vests, face shields, wheelbarrows, and shovels. News reports quote leaders as saying the public can deserve clean streets but that nothing can be done about the stench.

Confucius says: “He who slings mud, loses ground.”

I was never a fan of negative campaigning. “You should elect me because my opponent is a crook. I’m a different kind of crook.”

It works, so that’s why politicians use it.

I have a cartoon of a monkey flinging feces, the caption reads, “Caution, political debate in progress.”

what the candidates don’t get is that when they go for high saturation of the same commerical over and over again you start to pick out flaws. There was a woman running for state auditor in PA in the primary. she was playing the same add over and over and as you watched you relaized she had NO qualifications for the post and they edited out bits early on saying she was from over seas “came to america for freedom’ the commercials said at first. the thing was so over played you could almost repeat it back, so when it changed, you noticed it and thought ’why is she suddenly hiding that?”

I’m still waiting for the Democratic party to start a campaign. What’s the holdup? How about starting with a runningmate?

I’m just grateful Tulsa was picked instead of OKC for the upcoming rally – now moved back to 6-20-20. Local news covered the needed waiver on the news this a.m. Basically acknowledging acceptance of risk – no masks and no social distancing PLUS will not sue the campaign or venue if get Covid-19 for attending. Just for “laughs”, yesterday, we had our highest jump in cases since the start – 228. (I know that is a ridiculously small number for some of you, huge for us.)

I know of elementary school children who are more articulate with a vast vocabulary greater than trump. He speaks the simple language of his base and repeats those words over and over and over; for example: “I like the blacks”; “Mexico will pay for the wall.”
