Just don’t dump the parts in Lake Michigan. Apparently the water is too cold for anything to rot or rust out. That would leave too much evidence to be convicted by.

Ha!, looks like the accomplice knew the secret to this trick when he said make “them” disappear (having fun when disposing more than one enemy?)

Cement shrinks as it dries. By the time, it’s completely set around his waist and heart, he might not be wiggling his feet so enthusiastically.

Okay, I get that there are 2 victims and 2 tubs, and Mobster#2 put one of them with his head out and his feet curled up underneath himself, but it sure doesn’t look like there was room for the 2nd victim’s body to be squeezed in with just his legs hanging out. Bah. Comic strip physics sux!

This was the pet peeve of one of my first boss’. “It is not a cement floor, cement is an ingredient in concrete”. He also said “It does not dry, it cures” and, “We do not pour a concrete floor, we place it”. Brutally hard work, paid well though.

The hydraulic formulation of concrete expands as it cures which would be the problem inside the tub. The more common concrete does shrink some but I would suggest the heat generated as it cures could be more of a problem.

Making concrete is very energy intensive. It would be more environmentally sound if he only put the feet in concrete.
