Shouldn’t he be blue instead of brown

The artist in me is quickly debating what medium to immortalize this moment for a statue for the town square! Molten bronze? Carefully chiseled marble? Or just a carefully placed Cesspool? (Smirk!)

It wouldn’t look like one of those Japanese super-tech toilets.

Porta-potties have blue chemical water so the king would be purple/blue making the joke work. Once again the colorist failed to get the joke.

Get a new colorist or teach this one to ask if he’s not absolutely sure what the artist wants.

Ohhhh, so THIS is Sloppy Smurf…

Had a friend who used to work for the local Port-A-Potty. But he was laid-off. It seems that one afternoon his boss gave him a Dear-John letter.

Get the hose.

All you PCers. The color is for effect. If he came out blue, a lot of people wouldn’t get the joke thinking he should have come out brown (like it often was in the old days). You do know cartoonists stretch the imagination, don’t you! If this upsets you that much, then quit reading the comics.
