When I’m at home, where I have a giant-numbers clock that I can see from my pillow, I always put my watch on the dresser. When I’m on the road, I always leave it on my wrist so I can see what time it is. This used to work very well when I was younger and my mind more adaptive. Up until February, I was w/ Earl on that. I have no idea how I’ll do next time I’m out and about after more than a year. Looks like trouble…

darn senior moments

I lost my watch on my wrist once, but I was 27 at the time.

I keep looking at my wrist but there hasn’t been a watch there in several years!

Opal saves the day once again.

I can relate, I remember when I was frantically looking for my glasses and couldn’t find them anywhere until someone mentioned that they were on my face.

Like looking for glasses that are on top of your head . Main reason for wearing a watch it’s a pain in the butt to pull out your phone to check the time ;-)

Darn, another full bladder reasoning episode.

With these fitbits, one is supposed to wear the watch to bed.

Been there, done that. Many times. I’m 71 and counting, so forgive me as I forgive myself. Uh, what time is it, Dear?

No puppy , Roscoe or the kitty Muffin today just a reminder how old some of us are . POOO !

He is retired and likely will not leave the house so unless he has an doctor’s appointment why does he need a wristwatch? Time is so unimportant that I do not see an alarm clock on either nightstand.

I look for my glasses then realize they’re on top of my head. sigh

This kind of thing just happened to me yesterday!

LOL! I’ve seen this joke so much by now I know whenever I lose my watch my wrist is the first place to look!

Earl your memory is bad. For my hubby, he wears his wrist watch all the time including bed. For me no, I take wedding ring, wrist watch off, and glasses off on my dresser at bed time. Morning my glasses are the last I wear.

My eyesight isn’t even close to 20/20, but I saw that coming a mile away, Earl…

I used to wear my wristwatch all the time until my bride convinced me to take it off when I’m going to bed. I’ve pulled an Earl more than once in the past few years.

I wore a cheap Timex digital until I retired in 1998, then I threw it into the garbage. Had a couple of alarms set, wonder if anyone heard them out in the dump. Could not wear any watch or rings at work, so put the watch on a chain I wore inside my clothes, wedding ring stayed in wife’s jewelry box, right next to the Rolex an old E4 sold to me back in 1970 as he wanted to get back in the continuous poker game that a couple of E8s in my unit had set up.

Been there. The Male Blindspot strikes again.
