I expected “Hi there. I am an apteryx, a wingless bird with hairy feathers.”

Although many of my nightmares say “Moo.”

As has been suggested in the past, maybe this strip is set in a post-apocalyptic world and that creature spent too much time around Ground Zero.

It does sort of make you think. I mean really. Who knows what a dinosaur sounds like. I’m thinking a lot more hissing than roaring.

That is the first BC that has made me LOL in a long time. Bravo!
