Not really. The combination to the lock is 1234.

It doesn’t allow data roaming, though.

It’s kind of like “air gapping” a computer.

    Remember phone booths?

    Those were real privacy settings.

Now I get to stand in line at the market watching the person in front of me on their phone loudly discuss their recent trip to the urologist while ignoring the cashier.

every cell phone should come with a ‘cone of silence’ surrounding whoever is talking on it. I get pretty sick of having to listen to 2 or 3 people’s conversations when sitting/waiting in a restaurant. masks use to help but with the ’don’t need while eating’ (second most illogical mandate/rule to date) there is no “muted” conversation again. -——- where has all the logic gone – long time passing – where has all the logic gone – long time ago – where has all the logic gone – gone to fear-mongering everyone – when will they ever learn – when will they ever learn.

I used to work in a Faraday cage. I was measuring electronic noise floor. It wasn’t really like working in a safe, but close.
