I’ve got to admit, those chili-fries are hard to pass up. Here’s a tip for the waitress; she missed her calling in life, her work experience alone would qualify her as a nutritionist.
Ironically, I used to order diet Coke, back when I went to fast food restaurants. It was not a means of deluding myself into thinking I was being a tad healthy, but rather, because it was less filling than regular soda.
Woo I can’t even eat french fires since I tend to throw up, I can’t handle soda anymore and I can barely eat a cheeseburger since I now have stomach pain. I wish I was younger I want to get rid of my stomach pain.

In the last panel, he looks like he’s trying to decide whether to drop the lettuce so he can a second.

When I eat an artery-clogging meal, I wash it down with Diet 7UP. :-)

Lettuce, Tomato and avocado, it doesn’t get any healthier than that.

I’d replace the avocado with fried onions. Don’t want to go overboard with the green stuff.
