I always wondered how Dan got all his characters to look so good on paper!

Nancy is no Calvin.

And sometimes the main character simply becomes a foil or straight man for the other characters who are in the strip. Think of Charlie Brown. Or newer: Luann.

I’m thinking a whole new strip….with the guy in the yellow shirt as the main character. I guess you could call it “Dan the Man” or “Cartoon Dan”.

Five years old and it still hits the mark. Timeless.

I found the world wasn’t ready for “Wilamena the Radio Cat”.

But in my estimation, Dan, you hit it out of the park when you came up with Nuncy.

Cigar field looks like trump but it is a lighter shade of orange than Trump

It can be hit or miss really.

Trump doesn’t smoke, does he? I think that “cigar” should really be a bottle of Diet Coke.
