Just wondering if a doggie sweater is really all that effective. I can see footwear to protect a dog from snow and ice. I guess it depends on the dog breed, but if the guy is able to get by with a jacket, would a sweater really be needed?
We used to have a golden lab, two actually, and never got any complaints about cold weather.

It’s also covered in dog hair when you have it on. Or (seems only fair since) your dog hair is covered by it.

A general rule of thumb, if your cold he’s cold. Sure your warm when your running and playing.
