Oh Doug, you think you’re the male version of CK? So smart and another budding psychiatrist? This is high school. Liking someone because they’re cute and flirty is how 95% of high school crushes develop. Of course that’s a good reason to be interested in her.

So according to our two intrepid heroes who are doing the Thorps’ jobs, and Dr. Pearl’s, Tessi is shallow because she flirted with Vic to lure him into the important PA job. And Vic is shallow because he likes her because he thinks she likes him. So let them be shallow together, what’s the problem?

And speaking of shallow, what could be shallower than looking forward to the juvenile humor you’ll often find in Mopped Up Thorp/?
