If cartoon characters can do that with thought balloons, I wonder if they can do it with speech balloons and put words in your mouth.

“Go fetch me a beefy milk bone.”

Jax does that, except we always have to guess whether the thought balloon is “food” or “pee.”

I wish it were that simple. My 3 year old dog comes to me, makes eye contact and struggles very hard to transmit his thoughts to me. I have to start guessing what he wants. Fortunately he is smart enough to understand the word choices I am offering and reacts positively when I say the right thing.
