I heard a comedian tell a story that I believe is just dumb enough to have actually happened. He has a friend who goes by the name JB Stewart. JB needed to get his drivers license renewed at the DMV. So, he wrote on the form, J (only), B (only) Stewart. It came back, Jonly Bonly Stewart.

Maybe these aren’t (all) misspellings. For instance:
Cofee could mean: you pay part, insurance pays another part.
Expreso might mean: it’s no longer (ex) before (pre) so = It’s not do, re, mi, or fa anymore
Late might mean that if they say it will be ready in 5 minutes, you might get it in 20 minutes.
