Wow, today’s strip is really nicely arranged.

As for using the human body as a battery (The Matrix, anyone?), the same could be said for almost any living thing, and quite a lot of them (ex: lemons, potatos) probably generate a lot more voltage per ounce than a human. The convenient thing is, we always have a human available.

I so would like to see the human body power up electronics (like that Vietnamese telly fence).

It’s true that the human body can be used to power electronic devices to a point. It depends on how much power you need. One practical application is using this to power pacemakers so they do not need to reenter the body surgically to replace the batteries.

Gyms have had machines that use human bodies to power electronic devices for decades.

Well it is a fact that there is electricity in the human body, now if you would be able to plug-in the charger to yourself to charge your iPhone, that be great.

Curiously, I always think of the tech box wire to earphone bit as working the other way.

As to the tv-set fence, I always wondered where the recycled boxes went. Given the sizes of current models, they could build a fort.

Instead of old TVs for a wall, as now most of them are LCDs, now we could use old microwaves.

The arranged books one reminds me of the “doubling pennies on the chessboard” one. One penny on the first square, 2 on the second, 4 on the third, etc. The total number of pennies after the 64th doubling is 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 pennies…

And yet another in a long line of innovative ways to use the receptacle nature provided. Please first remove the gerbil.

The fence looks quite formidable when all the TV’s are tuned to the opening shots of ’Hogan’s Heroes’ reruns.

This has been proven daily for the past year on various cable news shows with guests using ZOOM.

Oh, great! Now when AI takes over, they can use us as a power source. Wasn’t that the premise of “The Matrix”?

when I was in Vietnam,I saw houses with walls made entirely of beer cans. remember beer cans were steel and soldered. melt the solder, roll the can flat, build a wall
