Can’t see it. But then again I had massive surgery(gastric bypass) back in 2002 as I weighed 412 pounds. Got down to 240 and stayed there for years. Now varies between 220 and 225. I can easily lose 3-4 pounds by skipping a meal. Or gain them all back after eating a really good meal

Careful Brutus!! At just 4 oz a week, you don’t want to over do it!! Remember — moderation is the key word here!!

Being Brutus, he is lucky he doesn’t gain weight on a diet.

My weight fluctuates a little bit but overall it stays pretty steady.
If I could just get the steady I have these days back down to the steady I had decades ago.

I once heard a comedian say, “I joined Weight Watchers and do you know that in just 10 short weeks I managed to lose a hundred… dollars!”

That’s close to two pounds, so while the going might be slow, at least the pounds are still going. Go Brutus.

I’m still trying to get back to my original weight…8 pounds, 12 ounces.

Hey, every ounce counts!

Baby steps, most definitely. At least there won’t be a flash gain of that weight and it might even become a permanent loss. Keep on trucking……

Six pounds makes more sense.

Apparently, the nickname “The Born Loser” is pretty much apocryphal…

in grams it would sound even better

As long as it goes down. You didn’t put it on rapidly; it won’t come off quickly.

Having a lighter wallet would account for that loss.

Rapid weight loss is not good for you, slow but steady is best. In about two years you should lose about 28 lbs. and be in tip top shape.
