There was a pretty crazy play in yesterday’s Cubs game. The Pirates should’ve had an easy out at first to end the inning. Instead it turned into an RBI double for the Cubs player. All the Pirates 1B had to do was step on the bag, but he decided to try and catch the runner before he got to first. Here’s the whole wild thing:

We were given 4th row seats, first base line, Yankee Stadium, every year. 6 out of 6 in the family didn’t like baseball. dad took his flying magazines, brothers their comic books, sister and I novels, mom her latest knitting project. And we all ignored the game. Except for the hot dogs, soda, and beer….
