No contract, Bung still has 3 WISHES. #1 Genie needed to be released before the second half of the contract could start, #2 “If I only had…” was tools or requirements to fill #1 not really stating a wish, #3 if Bung said “I wish for…” then the wishes would be granted and the second half would be filled.

Bung got everything he will use but his wishes.

Once the 3 wishes are granted, genie goes back in the lamp. Poor Bung — couldn’t get a drink at a distillers convention.

My first wish would be for 100 more. All my life I haven’t been able to find the problem with that.

Perfect. Now cue the Robin Williams Genie lines in Aladdin…

I guess the use of “or” isn’t exclusive in genie boolean logic.

My first wish would be that all kitties and doggies live long healthy happy lives. My second wish would be that anyone who abused any animal or child would have the same done to them 100-fold. My third wish would be for a 1970 or 1971 E-body convertible in excellent condition.

I use those tools to open my food containers!

Doesn’t seem fair. He makes his three wishes before getting the lamp open! “Release me, and any three wishes….”

Doesn’t Bung have a loophole, here? He didn’t ask for all 3 things.. he kept saying “or…” that should constitute one wish.
