Ice Cream in a “Traffic Cone” could figuratively mean: “Make it ‘To Go’ (in whatever will work best as I drive).”
Wait a minute, Seems like a marketing idea here. Print the cone paper wrapper to look like a traffic cone and sell traffic cones.
