Seldom-Seldom Land appears to be a Gnome Land.

It could be a very unique but also a very familiar place:

Unique: “There’s no place like Gnome.”

Familiar: “There’s Gnome place like home.”

It’s a long way from often-often land, which is often the distance.

Avoid Always-Always land, especially in marriage, i.e., “You always do that.”
