In two dimensions, cell coverage looks like little wiggly lines, right?

On the other hand, it probably didn’t take as long as drawing complete people. Cartoonists have deadlines to meet.

If not for the speech bubble, I would have thought he was taking a selfie.

Note that the cartoonist was nice enough to give you a cell phone in the first place! And, you fools were supposed to be in the quicksand in the next county, which DOES have cell phone coverage!

Then there is the issue of Jeb asking too often for a raise, extra work benefits, and a complimentary employee car…..he pissed Leigh off.

As a desert critter, quicksand is in swamps. We ain’t got that much water. No saguaros near quicksand. The cartoonist is more negligent than he knows.

He gave you a word bubble. And he can erase all those other problems with ease.
