Liv can manage a skate board, but I am afraid that you would wind up with injuries.

♪ “Old and in the way, that’s what I heard them say. They used to heed the words he said, but that was yesterday. Gold will turn to gray and youth will fade away. They’ll never care about you, call you old and in the way” ♪

“OLD” is in the eye of the beholder. Maybe I’m not in sync with others, but I find older folks than me to be an inspiration. That’s why I love working with them. I work in a retirement community where the eldest is 104. She’s is as sharp as a tack. She plays Bean Bag Baseball with the best of them.

I’ll be 72 this month and I still play video games and have been since the mid 70s and I still ride my Harley and have been since I got my first one in ‘70, with the money I save up in Nam. I’ve had 4 so far.

My sister sent a text a message for our 42nd anniversary – “Hope the next 42 go just as fast.”

I am terribly confused by this message – the first 42 went too fast – why would anyone wish us for the second 42 to go just quickly – much better for them to go slowly so we can enjoy them for much longer.
