Almost 65 and I still have to use the bathroom before we go anywhere, even out to the garage workshop. <note to self, I have to put a bathroom in the garage.>
1 – Since we started going out and running errands since the start of the pandemic – we eat lunch, I drink 2 sips of liquid, go to bathroom before we leave (don’t flush or we will be waiting 5 minutes for the toilet to stop, which have to make sure it does and I will need to go again from listening to it) and then go out. Husband does NOT have this problem (and I am more likely to use a public bathroom than he is – normally or now).
2 – We own a small RV (Chevy van commercially converted to same). We went on a day trip out of state as husband REALLY, REALLY needed to do so as RV was not working right in 2019 so almost 3 years since any trips. We went in the RV – have our own toilet to use instead of public ones. (Also can buy food at farmer’s market and bring home in dorm sized fridge.)
Its almost worth having the RV for its toilet alone on trips!

Even when you don’t have the feeling, you’ll almost regret it later.

The new infrastructure bill should contain a comprehensive roadside porta-potty plan for the entire nation.

For a Plugger, the travel distance is inversely proportional with the bladder capacity.

Always.. and plan your trip wisely. Science needs to find out how one cup of coffee in.. can turn into 3 out.

And very often that “one” for the road is really “two”.

I find that even just a glimmer of the thought “do I need to go?” is already almost too late!
