All you need is a drop of thesaurus blood and you can clone them like, …, like a bookstore.

Wasn’t Woolly Thesauri a fun toy that involved a face and magnetic shavings? Or was it a song by Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs?

A thesaurus is a Greek wood saw. Everyone knows that.

You use a thesaurus to cut your lumberous up. Put the lumberous on your sawhorsaus. Marcus the lineaus with a pencilionius and cut.

Greek is easy, just add a bunch of extra vowels to English and you have Greek.

Reminds me of a scene in “Bored Of The Rings” in which the Frito and the other boggies, Goodgulf, Arrowroot, Gimlet and Legolam were attacked by a giant Thesaurus (with large dangling participles and a pronounced gazetteer).

“Munch – to eat or chew” it said, as it noisily consumed their pack sheep. “Maim – injure or dismember. See ‘harm’.”

Zombies hunt by sound, so why aren’t they all lined up at the seashore being (more) confused and lemming-like at the sounds of the crashing waves?

I guess this is the reason pets get to running around the house for no apparent reason: trying to avoid the thesauri of whatever kind.
