I think people should wear what they want and nobody should dictate to us what we should wear (there are some limits). I prefer older shirts because they are thicker than today’s shirts which are way too thin…
And I thought Disco was dead, it was killed by a public backlash that reached its peak on July 12, 1979 with the infamous “Disco Demolition” night at Chicago’s Comiskey Park.. Has Saturday Night Fever and John Travolta returned? No it can’t be, this is just a “Welcome Back, Kotter” rerun.

Hope it’s not raining outside on the way to the dance

Fashionable and late… you go Jon!
BlitzMcD about 3 years ago
Brought to you by the famous design team of Polly and Esther. Hideous in 1978. Pathetic (and then some) now.

Jon’s got Saturday Night disco, fever.

I’d hate to see Jon dance, when he’s clumsy and the master of disaster.
baddawg1989 about 3 years ago
You can tell by the way Jon uses his walk, he’s a woman’s man. :-)

Somehow I doubt he has The Moves Like Jagger, and definitely not Travolta

Liz has been going with him so long, I doubt she will be surprised.
geese28 about 3 years ago
Ok this MIGHT actually be Jon’s best wardrobe yet. And before you debate this, just remember the costume Jon wears for his annual spring dance.
I'm Sad about 3 years ago
He actually looks pretty good in that outfit. Don’t tell me you didn’t wear stuff like that during the 70’s. Liars.

A parody of “Airplane.” :D Yes, I know the film it really comes from.

Nah, Garfield, 8:05 seems pushing it. More like 8:02.
DavBlc7 about 3 years ago
Hmmm… Jon’s suit looks like something from the film “Saturday Night Fever” a 1977 film.
CaveCat87 about 3 years ago
Didn’t Liz give Jon numerous critiques on his choice of clothes before? Did those critiques not stick with him?
Count Olaf Premium Member about 3 years ago
If the gold chains get caught in his chest hair, that could really hurt. Told to The Count by a friend. And assuming Jon has chest hair.
w16521 about 3 years ago
Uh Jon, no one wants to see your chest.
Buckeye67 about 3 years ago
With that outfit he needs a chest toupe, hairy chests were In in the 70s.

Two things, Jon. 1) It’s no longer the 1980s, and 2) You’re not John Travolta.
