Reminds me of when Han and Leia and the others were “SAFE” inside a “CAVE” in an asteroid in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and then realizing that they weren’t SAFE and they weren’t inside a CAVE.

    Tramp in me

    Just in me

    Shut your eyes

    Tramp in me

    You can slip

    All around

And no cave to be found

Considering the general lack of ribs, or stomach acid, I thought they’d been shrunk down to blood cells.

In two or three days they will be fully digested, then they will exit.

    Shades of Star Wars!
“The cave is collapsing!” “This is no cave!”―Leia Organa and Han Solo → Exogorths, also known as space slugs, were members of a silicon-based sentient species that resided in the hollows of asteroids and who prided themselves on maintaining a pleasant ecosystem within their bodies. At least one such being, named Sy-O, lived in the Hoth asteroid belt.
