Uh-oh. Flying into IFR conditions in a VFR craft (I see no instruments for the pilot to fly by).

Classic horror situation. This is what took out many general aviation pilots in the past and will doom many still in the future. I’d turn back and put ’er down somewhere until conditions improve. Spatial disorientation is a killer.

If you can’t get above it, get away from it.

If he was equipted with Terrian Avoidance Radar he would be better off.
