Time for the annual Dirty Santa game?

Janis, you are such a tease! And he loves it! (We all do!)

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house

Two creatures were stirring especially the spouse.

Her stockings were stuffed with her long shapely legs

In hope that St. Arlo would soon come to play.

The children were gone They were home alone

And naughty or nice it was soon to be known…..

How is it possible these two only had one kid? They are as frisky as a couple of dogs in heat.

But sometimes naughty is nice.

It’s nice to see her playful. :)

Santa will let Janis go double-or-nothing to get onto the nice list.

When Janice is bad she is better!

My wife and I relate to this strip so well. We joked the other day that our lives are somewhere between “Arlo and Janis” and “Pickles”.

Aside from the “fun” angle of this strip and the fact that for a second when I first looked at it I thought Janis wasn’t wearing any pants, this makes me think of the following, regarding Janis’ comment that Arlo IS Santa Claus:

The stages of a man’s life:

(1) He believes in Santa Claus.

(2) He doesn’t believe in Santa Claus.

(3) He is Santa Claus.

(4) He looks like Santa Claus.

True he would. By tapping into a captive Eldritch Abomination’s eyes. Ones invisible and numbered with the stars. They seek out and judge bad or good aka naughty or nice. But only VARUNA can use the trigger function of boon for good and smiting for evil.

One day CHULHA-VARUNA will be freed from the Pacific when the “stars are right” and it has a long memory. The god is the size of a kaiju and brilliant and alien. Santa is taking into his hands a great risk. Things can bite you in the posterior over this Santa.

I wish I had an Arlo in my life.
