Just being honest.

There are too many negative people like Rat. We need more positive people like Pig.

Rat has a point … what’s so happy about another year of semi-quarantine and the government telling us that we have to take another shot.

Rats is always such pestimists.

I wonder if Groundhog Day is one of Rat’s favorite movies… Nah. I bet not.

A more positive attitude is needed. For example ‘Happy second anniversary dear Corona-Virus’.

we need to keep our spirits up, which is why i’m stocking gin, vodka, bourbon…

2022: Post-Happy

So far the 2020’s kinda suck

Rat hasn’t had one positive thought since his big break up with Pig’s sister.

Got to admit that Rat was being honest about the new year. As Rat goes, it’s about as optimistic as he gets. Cursing about the new year doesn’t help though, because it doesn’t care.

2020, … too.

Deja Vu!

People like Rat are the reason history keeps repeating itself. Geezus gawd, I hate to think what a right little ray of sunshine he would have been during the Great Depression or WW II. . .

Remember how happy we were that 2020 ended?

Rat is as Rat does.

Like Groundhog Day, as this pandemic is in its third year….

Virologists have been observing viruses mutate in the lab for years. They know this is how viruses behave. They haven’t kept this a secret. It has been public knowledge. Check out the podcast “This Week In Virology”. Why do a quarter of the anti mask/vax public risk infecting others?

Yup, that ended in 2020.

Last decade was two years ago, Rat. I prefer the “Happy New Year”.

So last millennia.

I said over and over and over again this life (dance) was going to be a drag, but the song by Dave Clark Five had a happy ending!

What will Pastis write about when the Pandemic is done?

I’m just surprised that Rat used symbols instead of the actual swear word.

“Happy” died about 2 years ago. If you’re lucky you will be haunted by its ghost occasionally.

The year is on perpetual repeat…repeat…repeat…

The “card” is Rat-appropriate, but I’m surprised he sent one at all!

Some folks have never seen Happy. Sometimes it’s their own fault, but usually not.
