Wren is saying, “chin hair. Cellulite”. The joke is that she heard those from Wanda, who is implying that Wren heard it from Darryl, because “why” would Wanda know about chin hairs and cellulite.

Never say anything in front of your toddler that you do not want repeated in front of your mother-in-law or your church.

I don’t want to know what that means, do I?
