Here in central VA, 30 degree changes are not unusual, but it depends on the time of year. If average for day is 50, 30 degree drop is a pain. If 100, the 30 degree drop is a gift.
Twice in the last week we’ve had snowstorms followed by temperatures that quickly melted the snow. I’m beginning to wonder what the point of it all is.
Not sure what the joke is, since here in Michigan Spring Break is the first week in April. It’s still winter until March 21st. Temperature swings up and down just as much in March as in April. So why is March better?
I remember years ago, my mom took my cousin and me down to Disney for April vacation. While we were there it was cold and rainy and we had to be bundled up; meanwhile, my uncle back home in NH is spring skiing in shorts and t-shirt.
Since March first my area has broken our record high twice! and are record low once!! We were within a degree of doing that twice as well. This was on the 12th. Meanwhile we are in a drought. Climate change is fun-NOT.

That kind of temperature swing is ALMOST as good as a roller-coaster. I’ve been told.

I’m in Texas, where it froze last night and is predicted to hit 81 tomorrow. Some fun.

Here in Maine it’s “third winter” right now.

We had a foot of snow over the weekend and it’ll be 60 on Thursday.

Too cold for snow, too warm to go outside very long.
