Oooooooooooooo – wonder what the Brandonista’s will be brandishing come summer! btw, are we done with Putin, mask mandates, CRT, BLM, Trumpism, cancel culture… et al?!?
The fact that – despite all the things that have gone so horribly wrong in America – people are still dying (literally) to get here should say something about our standing in the world. We have something worth fighting to save from the depredations of fascism.
If there is a silver lining to the supply chain issue, it is that companies have recognized how broken the pipeline from China is and are dealing more locally. At least it is this way with my company.
Once again into the breach, dear friends . . . oh right, there hasn’t been a break in the flow of vituperative bigoted rhetoric since . . . well, I guess since forever, as there have always been carping hordes at the gates of reason.
But what of green M&M’s, the Potato Heads, and Doctor Suess? Why can’t we nuke hurricanes or relocate the moon to improve the weather? Where’s everyone’s horse deworming medicine? Forcing women to become Handmaids is for their own good – Texass knows what is best for a woman’s body more than she does.
Next thing you know they will start to think dictators and tyrants are bad, and we all know we simply cannot have people thinking that, so let’s whine about cat’s being depicted as Nazis in a Pulitzer Prize winning comic.

Ain’t it the truth! Our national pastime, as previously noted, is now Umbrage. In America for the last ten years or so, it’s true of leftists, rightists, moderate conservatives, moderate liberals, and probably of things that live under logs in the remotest forests.

1. Perhaps Ukraine will pull a Finland and successfully fend off Russia.
2. Termed out corrupt politicians will simply go into the corporatocracy and exert even more power than they did while in politixx.
