I hesitate to mention that this would make a great story.

You have to admire Cal just a bit. He got a lot of fun from a cardboard box. Time machine and Transmogrifier. Now it seems that kids aren’t fascinated by anything that doesn’t connect to WiFi and has a controller.

the temporal paradox is that since he leaves the past he isn’t there to write it so it will be done in the future. because it’s his own immediate future the Blinovitch limitation factor will kick in and all that will occur is later mom will want to know why he still hasn’t done the work.

Why doesn’t he just write this down?

Will Calvin see the bad grade he gets on his paper and go back in time to fix it?
