I want to have ice powers! Who agrees?

Jon’s superpowers are — in this case — poverty and starvation.

If you could actually taste all of the donut-y goodness of what you ate so fast, I might be impressed.

Invisibility. Most of the people at work never actually see me.

I can make ice cube melt just by staring at them, it takes a while, but it works……..

My cats never liked donuts, but then the dog always got to the crumbs first.

Garfield is like no cat I know. Most of the cats that ate on my porch would take 10 minutes to eat a handful of cat food. Not that I ever fed them donuts, you understand.

I saw the barn cat catch and eat a cute chipmunk and disembowel an adorable baby bunny. It won’t touch a doughnut.

If I had that many donuts, the sugar overload would probably kill me…

I can read Garfield and comment on his shenanigans while wagging my head. I have to admit it isn’t always easy and I make typos from time to time but it mostly worrx out…

The ability to eat quickly is a primitive survival mechanism, to avoid predators. The ability to store the food as fat is also a survival mechanism, as the animal (or proto-human) can’t be sure where and when its next meal comes. But to lose weight one can chew slowly and thoroughly, letting the saliva mix with the food, savoring the flavor.
