    Good morning™, Victims !

These man have much to be shaken about. At least I no longer feel like any of them were party to the thefts and fully convinced Memory is a better crook than Bribery or Matty Squared, or any past slickers. He is a one man wrecking crew (and you stay off it, JP). LOL !

    Good morning™, everybody!

Well, that’s two banks attacked. I still think the guy in the front in panel one looks a bit like Chester Gould.

“You guys are going to cover my losses too, right?”

“Umm, funny thing. We got robbed too.”

    “Same here.”

    “Yeppers.”

A nice touch of BS there by DT there in the form of assurance to get them to co-operate and provide information.

“If they’re smart enough to hide their profits, we’ll never find out who did it.” Cue Mr. Memory driving by in a Rolls Royce.

The crook has also stolen Tracy’s face and replaced it with another one.

Is a Blanket of Secrecy anything like the Cone of Silence?

TRACY (thinking and deftly missing the glaring BOW TIE BANDIT NICKNAMED ’MR. FRECKLES STRIKES AGAIN headline on the newspaper placed prominently on his desk): Hmmmm. And Sam came in LATE this morning and spent half an hour showing off his diamond encrusted coffee mug and mink fur bow tie to everyone. Heh! Bet the little minx is MOOONLIGHTING!

Before it is over, every bank represented by these gentlemen at the table will be ripped off.

I just hope that Mr. Memory won’t become too greedy and want to steal some more. If I were him, I’ll get out of Tracyville as fast as I can and go somewhere where there is no extradition treaty with the US and enjoy the sun and sea.

So far, Memory has kept it local, so the FBI isn’t involved, although these banks are presumably federally chartered, are FDIC insured. But if he goes interstate, then I presume Tracy’s friend from the FBI will become involved. After all interstate crime is the Bureau’s bread and butter.

1-DT: OK. I’m sorry I called Clark stinky. Let’s shake and make up…

2-…TOO SLOW! SUCKAAAA! Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck! *CECIL: Someone get this clown outta here!

3-BO TIE: I’d like to go on record as saying that Clark does indeed, STINK! Who else is courageous enough to say it?

CECIL: AWHHHH, YOU IN TROUBLE NOW, BOY!

SMILEY BALDPATE: FIRE BO! FIRE BO! FIRE BO!

BO: Cowards! Go ahead and call the head of HR then. Oh wait. That’s me. YOU’RE all fired! BWAA HAAA HAAAA!

Amazingly. only one comment on panel two. I don’t know who the dude with the yellow coat is, but it ain’t Dick Tracy, unless he has had a very bad nose job. Neil, I’m stunned. Avenger, I’m stunnered. Has Clayface entered the mix??

In the first panel, Tracy is trying to shake hands with imaginary people. Just like that confused guy in the news

Crypto-currency theft stories can be, I suppose, difficult stories to tell in a visual medium, but there has to be a better than this, which is rapidly approaching paint-drying territory.

What a rotten development that turned out to be!

Even as Tracy (or whoever the dude in panel 2 may be) assures that, yes, his security blanket is quite large, blond banker informs that his State Superior Bank has also been drained by the electronic balance transfer vampire, whom we know to be Mr. Memory. Memory’s gross loot by now must be huge!…
