Don’t feel bad. He ate the moth’s balls too.

The old adage was humans swallow (on average) 8 spiders a year while sleeping but that has been proven to be false since spiders don’t like humans and would rather hide than crawl into a mouth. BUT, if it was true, the poor guy got a 10 year supply in just one egg sack!

Other than this “incident”, Boris was a pretty good roommate. He did his share of cleaning and didn’t need half of the fridge.

I now know why he swallowed the fly.

When I was in Mexico, I was served ant larvae, and they tasted remarkably like eggs, without a hint of tic-tac.

Better than the live ones we supposedly eat during sleep in our long lifetimes.
