Will John give April a bath and finally demonstrate to the world that he has some basic parenting skills? Nahhh!!

I’ve never known any guy to enjoy a bath the way women do. And Ducky?? Not sure what to think about that…My husband only used the tub for the cold water when he is sick and feverish – once. No fuss, no bubbles or Ducky.

I’ve always wondered why ducky’s were the choice bathtub toy instead of say, frogs

Well, here I am in my tubby again

And my tubby’s all filled with water and nice fluffy suds

And I’ve got my soap and washcloth to wash myself

And I’ve got my nifty scrub brush to help me scrub my back

And I’ve got a big fluffy towel to dry myself when I’m done

But there’s one other thing that makes tubby time the very best time of the whole day

And do you know what that is?

It’s a very special friend of mine my very favorite little pal

You make bath time lots of fun

When I squeeze you, you make noise

How long has it been since anyone has seen one of those “old style” bathtubs? I know my grandparents had one, and their house was built around 1920.

My husband could never understand why I preferred baths to showers—- until I had him take one.

Various ports have weekends for tall ships. But, one participant isn’t a tall ship. It’s the world’s largest rubber duck.

Good for him!

John is indulging his inner child! ;-p

Everyone has their quirks, some more quirky than others.

Tubs no longer hold the intrigue they once did, I have grown too long to stretch out like I remember doing as a child. And yes I can still remember that far back.

We all have days like that from time to time.

I haven’t had a bath in over two years…
