    Not true!

Republicans will never talk about their attempt to violently overthrow the government of the United States.

I always pictured that particular life form as a much larger intrusion.

Meanwhile, I have the entire global population of elephants in my room atm. Reconnected recently with an old friend, trying to work around and thru the issues that pulled us apart so many years ago. Touched on everything except for The One that did us in.

In my experience, most people are trying to ignore the elephant in the room. On a different note, with a little pink paint he would be great at parties.

I’m sorry, but the elephant in the room with regard to politicians is that BOTH sides have people who genuinely believe in public service AND others who are grifters and cheats. Both sides engage in insider trading on companies they regulate. Both sides take large amounts of money from the same corporations and answer to the same big banks. That some politicians are more venal and public with their corruption doesn’t mean that they’re worse. Our government is captured and corrupt and it ALL needs to change. And having We the People fight over which side is worse just dilutes our power to change it by pointing fingers instead of working together.

I’m always amazed at the shear ignorance of Trump supporters and Republicans in general. To apparently believe the BS and refusing to look at FACTS. I know it hurts to think, but try it once in a while.
