Since he didn’t pay for any of the food, he doesn’t have s say, in what he wants for lunch.

They had a news item on about fair food and the chocolate cream puffs with chocolate ganache looked great.

I used to get a Spam sandwich, a handful of “PicNik” shoestring potatoes, a quarter pickle spear, and a one cup thermos of milk for lunch. Carried it in my Sky King lunch box.

Love this and the running food gags in Foxtrot. Thank God, neither were my mom, lol. I got bologna sandwiches, twinkies and an apple. :) :)

Poor Hammie, soon to be one of the lunch room outcasts if Wanda doesn’t start packing kid friendly lunches. Give the kid a break Wanda, lunch should be that brief shining moment in an otherwise monotonous day of reading, writing and arithmetic.

Deep fry that cauliflower and cover it in a Kung Pao sauce, and I’ll have it for dinner. :)

Another thing for the school garbage bin….

My mom never packed me a lunch. It was always the school cafeteria. Most of it was uninteresting but edible, but too often it consisted of mac and cheese or sloppy joes, both of which I can’t stand.

My lunches were always a peanut butter and something sandwich, some kind of fruit or vegetable, something salty and crunchy, and something chocolatey.

Presentation is all-important.
