Clyde will master the curse

Learning by osmosis.

Currently Clyde seems to be showing great resistance to learning (with the least amount of effort).

Clyde is about to be shocked out of it…..

“The path of least resistance makes both men & rivers crooked.”

Lightning bolt curse? Does that mean if you are hit by a lightning bolt – and manage to survive – you are then cursed for life by becoming a member of the exclusive “I survived a hit by a lightning bolt” club

It’s better than the “Lightning Bug Curse”. He then would be walking around with his butt glowing.

Lightning is about to tan Clyde’s hide.

I wonder if Wiz ever went to Hogwarts.

I think Clyde just volunteered for a demonstration of the lightning bolt curse!

Aaak! Those desks look familiar.

Clyde’s version of a lightning bolt has fallen asleep.

You don’t need a lighting bolt for this situation, an unabridged Websters dictionary will do just as well. Back in my teaching day, I would always check out an unabridged dictionary and put it on my desk. It was there for my third grade students to use when they needed it.

It was also there for me to use when the students weren’t paying attention to their work or someone dozed off. Our school was built in the 1930’s with beautiful wooden floors. When you slide a unabridged dictionary off of a desk that is 30 inches high the resulting sound of that dictionary landing on that wooden floor sounded like a canon going off. It was an attention getter that is for sure.

Move along teacher. I read the chapter last night like you told me to. Just get to the wand wiggling part.

Wouldn’t mind a scholarship to Hogwarts even at my age…

wonder how many times Rodney has been hit by lightning? He is sure the path of least resistance when the Huns show up.
