What in the wide world of sports is going on here? If Gil and Mimi have the course to themselves, with Mimi being a pro and Gil a very good golfer, did they catch up to Big Hairy Hand Lukey Hernandez-Martinez and his wife? Is BHHLHM an All Pac-12 golfer and caught up to Gil and Mimi? Is Francesca that good of a golfer too, or is she just driving the cart for Luckey? Her outfit’s accessories are those unlike any female golfer I have seen or have been in a group with.

What’s with BHHLHM wearing two golf gloves? Is his grip compromised by all his HS and PAC-12 championship and MVP rings that he needs the glove for more consistency and stability? Is BHHLHM subtly taunting Gil by wearing his purple Valley Tech shirt at all times like Gil wears his red Milford shirts every day?

While it’s entirely plausible this encounter would take place at Milford CC, wouldn’t the more likely scenario be at the 19th hole where BHHLHM could give Mimi the post-awards ceremony bar gathering play by play of Gil’s flirtation with Bethany the bartender?

Wow, I love all the evil that these two emit! I’ve been gone for awhile and just read 2 weeks of this storyline to catch up. Gil’s face in P 2 is on point! A dork to the end.

Oh, Papi? ‘Papi’ is a colloquial term for “daddy” in Spanish, so she’s his daughter? And they hold hands. Then again kissing a gloved hand is a serious breach of etiquette. According to Umbert: “It is not appropriate to kiss a gloved hand except the one of a dear friend.” Of which she is not.
