You really can ruin anything (in your mind) if you just put your mind to it. You don’t even have to try very hard. You can have success – changing a beautiful day into a dreadful day.

In another strip, I was commenting on one of the characters finding the positive in the negative…here we have the opposite, seeing the negative in the positive!

I always carry my favourite tunes with me. They banish all negative thoughts.

I’d have thought there wouldn’t be too much to ruminate over in prehistoric times. But, existential thoughts and middle school trauma just seem to go together.

That “awful day” wasn’t really that bad. The hailstones weren’t any bigger than golf balls.

My schooling there were no such thing as junior and middle high school, elementary was 1-8 and high was 9-12, still that way in my city.
