Yup, kids are overrated

Love is…grooming your mate.

She knew the job was dangerous when she took it (to coin a phrase).

T’is the price for growing old together, gladly paid.

The love goes stronger, just in a different way!

That would be a hunk of Cap’n Crunch at my house.

I had a female bud who once said to me how she loves her husband & her kids but there are days she wishes she could wake up to be alone for a day or so…

Just like Arlo and Janis.

I would almost give anything to have my two daughters at that age around our breakfast table again.

The Fruit Loops all too soon give way to the gray hairs.

The days and some nights, are long when the children are growing up, but the years are short.

Romance, sweet, lovely romance. Blasted to smithereens by the canon of reality.

The circle of life….

Wanda looking radiant back then is the reason she has fruit loops in hair.
