If there was justice in this world we adults would have the energy of kids, and kids would have the energy of adults.

Be nice to bottle that energy up to save it for later.

The energy that will run out by late Sunday evening (unless there’s a holiday on a Monday)…

Now that is one happy kid!

When I was Pasqualle’s age I was spending my Saturday mornings sitting in front of the TV. My favorite was this new cartoon, “Scooby Doo, Where are You?” I wonder what happened to it?

Go play outside!

I’m sure the bowl of sugar frosted coco bombs has NOTHING to do with it.

My niece (circa 5yo – oh so many years ago) once answered me to my statement of wishing I had her level of energy… “Auntie, you do have the same amount. It just has more body to travel through!” I sure hope she was saying I was taller than her, not fatter. lol

That Saturday morning Pasquale’s energy is infectious.

Nope. Saturday mornings were for sitting in front of the TV with a bowl of sugary cereal, watching cartoons. Saturday afternoons, however, we burned off that energy playing OUTSIDE.

I’ve never had that much energy in the morning.

Never had that much energy either. I hated weekends and school vacations – nothing to do. I actually loved going to school – even if everyone did pick on me.
