My thimbleberries are in constant peril from roaming cacodemons.

This is the ancestor of Trogdor the Burninator. The family name arose from their love of baskets of human-collected food (originally “trug-der”, a wild animal attracted to trugs). Yogi Bear is actually 1/8 cacodemon, from the same family line.

Mind you, I don’t care that much about you, but those thimbleberries must be protected.

…something about a cacodemon reminds me of social media…

…grown men afraid of casting choices in kids movies…

…left is right and right is wrong…

…and I’m sorry, no, Boaville isn’t the capital of Froglandia…

    …now, I don’t know anything about cacodemons, but, shape-shifting is a form of acting…

…and those people give their opinions like they are real doctors and super heros…

    …love means nothing in tennis…

…and if you don’t hold on to what you got…

…you got to set set set them free…

…Claussen’s new spicy pickles, Brittany Spears are now half off at Acme…

Running from the devil. Pause for the cause. BB King sang and played about this. I went to school with bumbleberry but he wasn’t edible.

I remember this scene from Mystery Science Theater 3000, but I don’t remember what movie they were doing. The caption, I think, belonged to Tom Servo.

I don’t know. That little stinker looks more cuddly than evil. Give him a few berries and a hug and I’m sure he will be on his way.

Also, M’lady looks a bit perturbed at your overt pretense of mad manliness.

Boy, there sure don’t make woodcuts the way they use to, do they?

Anyways, sideways, highways and byways … For those of you who have not missed my usual semi-witty remarks for the past few days, take heart! You probably won’t be seeing much of my vain and inane attempts at the cuteness and/or acerbic wit here at FA for the next couple more weeks, since from Sunday, First Maite and I have been on the road ( and of course, I’m Dean Moriarty ). We probably will not be returning to our little patch of paradise until mid-October!

I am therefore dependent on the whims of the Incan Internet gods and my telephone and tablet to access GoatKomix and this superior piece of artistic senselessness.

I will comment when I’m able – the good lord willin’ and the creek don’t rise!

A tisket, a tasket, a red and yellow trug! Hmm. Got to do more work on the rhyme scheme there. Maybe just plain basket?
