Iâm in my 60âs, no diabetes but eating a lot less sweets. I wonât pay for a small pack of Oreos and donât trust myself with a large pack! I used to eat half a package with two cups of coffee at a time and the memory is very strong! ((Never tried all the new flavors as I am a purist when it comes to classics!))
